Friendly Staff and Good Breakfast Variety

During my recent city trip, I stayed at a hotel that had some positive and negative aspects. One of the things I liked about this place was the friendliness of the staff. They were always ready to help and make our stay comfortable. the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from, which was great. the hotel was located in a key location, accessible to all tourist spots and public transportation.

There were a few things that I disliked about this hotel. First, during busy times, the staff were not very helpful.
